Good Morning Gals,
Wish I had time to go back and catch up on all the posts but I do hope this finds all of you well and happy!

Marble..how are you geting along? Back to work yet?
Liz.how is work going? Bet the girls are excited about Christmas!
Leens...............your little ones makes the Holidays fun! That I know!
Cathy.....still losing and exercising? I bet you are! How are things in general in St Charles? Are you seeing some improvement yet?

Hello all new ones too!

Weight Watchers finally came up with a website for staff only and it is wonderful to share ideas from all over the country with each other! I have to limit my time on it!

My 5 meetings a week are holding up extremely well for after Thanksgiving!

Makes me so happy to see people continue through the Holidays!

I am feeling like my "old " self 5 months after the surgery.....I have the stent checked on in 2 weeks but am not concerned about it! I am so thankful to be healthy and back to normal. I give Praise and Thanks to God everyday!!

Sorry this is so long...trying to make up for lost time!

Be Blessed!

Cin

Hello everyone, well I closed a chaper this morning, after waiting 8 months I finally got a diagnosis that I have PCOS! I can begin a new chapter and hopefully when I get to start Metformin in the next couple of weeks I should start to see some weight loss!

Well I am off to pack I am off to Sweden tomorrow for 5 days so I'll catch up with you all when I get back + lots of photos!

Be sure to read my blog while I am away as I'll update sometime there as I know I have internet access in the hotel!

Leenie - so do we get to see a picture of the kitchen table? and are you off of work this week???

Cin! Cin! Cin! It is soooooooooo good to see ya hear! The new website for ww leaders sounds great! what fun! I am so glad to hear that you are feeling like your old self! And I have to be honest - I have not been exercising like I should - have only logged a few miles (10 I think) this month, which is pitiful for me, but I'm eating healthy and down another pound (that I don't you and I have talked about hehe).

I'm really glad people are continuing to go to ww during the holidays. You can do a lot of damage during the holidays - but I refuse to let anything get away from me - especially during the holidays. One of my favorite things is eggnog, but I refuse to give up that kind of calories (so far) in order to have a cup. I'm gonna get some of that eggnog creamer for my coffee as soon as the stuff gets down here. That will be good enough for me.

Mazarin - I'm so glad you finally got a diagnosis and I really hope the new med will help the situation. Hope you have a great vacation in Sweden! be careful and no more slipping!

Did anybody watch The Biggest Loser last night? WOW WOW WOW! It is absolutely unbelieveable the difference in those people!!!! Some didn't even look like they were the same person - well of course they aren't the same - but you know what I mean. Seeing the end results are very inspiring to me.

This week 2 people very close to me (one being dh) asked why I was wearing my clothes so big and commented about my pants being way too loose and like they were fixing to fall off. pllllllleeeeeaaaasssseeeee  I wish!

Soooooooooo this morning I stopped at Walmart and bought myself a pair of Riders Ease Fit Pants in the khaki, black and brown all in a size 14 and then also got a pair of their Faded Glory Classic Fit blue jeans in a 16 bec I just seem to need my jeans in one size larger than regular pants. anybody else notice that? At 209 I was wearing a size 20 jean and a 18 dress pant - so 2 sizes down for 24 lbs lost is pretty good for me I think!

Anyway, they fit just right when I'm standing but are a little snug (which I'm not use to) when I'm sitting - which I guess is the way pants are suppose to fit. I just seem to like the comfort of really loose clothes but that is not very flattering I guess.

Anyway, I'm rambling - gotta get to work

later gaters

Hey ladies, way busy today just wanted to drop by and check in with you all.

Good to hear about the WW Cin, and wow Mazarin, Sweden? Yes, you had best bring back some good pictures. Hey Cathy, congrats on the lb and the size 14. And yeah, I always have to wear a bigger size in jeans than other pants. Hope everyone has a great day I'll have to catch up tomorrow!

Good evening ladies! I am ready for tomorrow cause it is my last day at work for a month because of layoff. I won't go back until Jan. 4th!! Plenty of time for me to exercise before I pick up the kiddo at 11oam from school. Hope this week is treating everyone well. i don't know if it is too early to tell or not, but I have been on Wellbutrin for a week now, and I feel good. Not blah anymore. So hopefully this works!
