L, enjoy the rest of your vacation

Tina WELCOME!! Sorry you are suffering from the seizures and headaches. I had a girlfriend in school that suffered from the same thing. WW is an excellent plan, it looks like from your ticker that you are doing a great job. 17 Lbs is nothing to shake a stick at. I have to give you credit because I know when I get headaches all I want to do is eat, like the food is going to sooth the pain. And yet here you are having such bad pain and losing weight to boot. Regardless of how fast or slow, you are doing it!! Good luck at the new neuroligists.

LindaT, if you haven't figured it out by now, I'm home tootsie

Time to make this wee one breakfast....bbl

Hi tina...

My mom has a major seizure problem as well (she wont tell us exactly what's wrong).. with headaches and all. She lost a lot of weight by walking a TON, she would even sprint in our backyard.. running was too much for her. She said after she started being more active the seizures became less frequent. I hope you can find a way to get more exersize.. and good luck at the doctors.. I go with my mom sometimes because she gets nervous, but she wont let me go in with her. go figure

Good luck again! Just be patient, work at it and the weight will fly off before you know it

Amanda

Hi everyone: I'm back at work after a 3 day weekend of working on the homestead....(does powerwashing and staining a deck qualify as exercise?) Does chasing a 92 lb. dog through the neighborhood count? I also indulged in some "powershopping" but I don't think this qualifies as exercise either.

However, I seem to be losing......I've tried on some clothes that used to be impossible and again moved my bra strap to the smallest circumference for the size. i bought a cute pair of capri jeans in what I thought was a size 12.....but they are 10's......they almost fit so I'll keep trying and maybe in a couple of weeks I can wear them.

no real appetite in this heat but I did have a frozen margarita yesterday!

Hi all, not much happened this weekend. I shopped, knitted and didn't get to the stained glass. DS came by to watch the NASCAR race with me and stayed all day. He's a little bummed that his friends aren't excited about the job interview he has in 2 weeks. If he gets the job, they don't want him to leave and have made that known. So he's a little down about their reactions. So he stayed all day - got nothing done.

But today is a different story. I plan to work on my sweater for the cruise and then I am going to work on stained glass. I'm going to do laps in the pool this afternoon and I'm eating really good. I lost another pound. Yeah!!!

Cin, glad to hear you're doing better. Those 4 weeks will fly by and then you'll be wondering why you wanted to go back to work.

Leenie, sorry to hear that DD is sick. Being sick in the summer is such a bummer.

Cathy, way to go on the exercise. Five in the morning is way too early for me.

Liz, take a nap whenever you get the chance. That's not enough sleep for anybody.

L, enjoy your trip home. I love to get home from a trip.

Tina, you're in my prayers.

Well, I'll chat with you later.

HOTHOT HOT!!!! my office is 84 degrees....YUCK!

thanks for the kind words Cin and vote of confidence...I am trying to stay positive. I've got an entire closet full of size 6s, 8s, and a few 10s (its the cut of the clothes) that I am determined to be wearing in a few months...(or years at the rate I'm going).

I need to get back to my dumbbell weights, I've really slacked off since I started my major cleaning and re-organization projects. I need some extra energy....
