It's good to see everyone survived the 4th relatively unscathed. I did, too. I slipped up a little last night: my fiance and I had a pretty big tiff and so I did some emotional eating to soothe away the hurt...of course, that only made it worse but who am I to give myself advice, right?

Some of that emotional eating was also because I've been eating relatively good for the past week or so and the scale hasn't even moved a pound.

That's discouraging and made me want to eat. Today, I went out to eat with a friend and ate my trigger food, PIZZA. I ate more than I should have but not as much as I normally would, so I guess I'm happy with that. But tomorrow, I will do better!

I ordered the FitDay software, too and I have been using it for over a year off and on. I love it! I find it a very valuable tool and it is pretty user friendly. And there are so many reports you can run on your eating patterns, etc. I hope you like it.
