I'm sure you will both sleep well tonight....
busy days at work for me too....but I decided that the best way for me to get this extra poundage off is to consistently move my buttisimo....what seems to work best is a combination of strong aerobics and interval training with weights. As I keep saying (sorry to repeat myself, but you guys listen best and never roll your eyes at me)....4 hours a week is my current point. I'm still afraid

of the scale, but have made friends with the tapemeasure....my ribcage measurment has gone down a whole INCH in 2 weeks!!!!

I can now wear some of my blouses that were bursting at the boobs last month
Getting my HR up high enough was a problem as strong aerobics is tough on my 48 year old body....but seems to work with the mini trampolene and it is easier on my knees.....
I just do my exercise first thing in the AM, or it doesn't get done at all......
