Since January 15, I've lost 3" from each thigh through some diet and exercise.....They are kind of acceptable now, but still too big at 22.25" circumference.
I did manage to exercise again today, OVER 30 mins. of cardio and wt. intervals inbetween.....feeling much better physically when I do.
WOWEEE BBL--- Good for you. The exercise isn'tjust good for your physical self. It does get those endorphins working on your head. It is a beautiful day here, and I am getting a handle on my project at work. Life is good right now and I'll take it!

Cathy, I was so glad to hear that everything is o.k. with your son. That is such a scarey feeling, being in a situation like that. Thank goodness, he is o.k.
I hope everyone else is doing o.k. I am spending much more time doing job-hunting related stuff. Making it more of a priority, I guess. I hate it, though! It can get so discouraging, but it WILL pay off. Have a blessed day, everyone.
