My cable and internet went out yesterday so I'll do Tuesday first

Maybe I can start to eat better too.....

Breakfast--- 2 egg white omelette with spinach, mushroom and 1 slice fat-free cheese, splash of skim milk (sprayed with olive oil spritz), 1 morning star farms sausage (soy) patty....these are awsome.

Lunch---(catered at work for teaching sessions)... 2 slices of eggplant rolitini, (I removed the ricotta), 1/2 slice of chix. parm. 1 slice of italian bread, no butter, 1/2 cup of penne with vodka sauce.

dinner.......who knows? I won't be home until after 8PM...... :tape:

Breakfast: (thankyouGOD for the microwave!!!) eggwhite omelette (splash of skim milk to make it fluffy and sprayed with Oliveo) w/2 fresh mushrooms, 2 tbsp. tuna, hot sauce and a slice of fat-free cheese....

snack: Special K bar

Lunch: romaine salad with low-fat swiss (shreded so it goes a long way), 1 carrot sliced into stix, low-fat caesar dressing mixed with lemon juice to stretch it, 6 ounces of wter-packed tuna seasoned with low-sodium teriyaki, Mrs. Dash, pepper.

1/2 can of Chunky Soup, Chix. noodle

Dinner: fish? pasta? I have to go grocery shopping but I'm too tired!
