Hello Ladies!
KO – I got a little blurb at the end of this post about dinner… ugh… not what I was hoping tho… but this morning at weigh in I had a shocker!
Leenie – hey have you tried typing up your posts in word? This way it looks somewhat legit heheheh… That’s what I do.. when I’m in class and the teacher is boring as heck.. I open up my word program and just start typing up my posts. I usually have net access, but for some reason I only have access now in the library. The campus techie’s may have changed the wireless settings over the new year. I’ll have to be sure to go get my computer checked up so I can get back onto the net from class when I’m about to fall asleep

Joanne – I love pasta fagoul – but the Olive Garden one tastes no where near as good as my grandmothers hehehe… My parents made a last minute change from Olive Garden to Claim Jumpers… ICK! That really killed my calorie counting. Matter of fact I pretty much gave up trying to calculate for that night

About Sweet Tomatoes, yes, that sounds like the Soup Plantation, salad bar, soups and yes.. the dreaded bread, muffins, and desert bar hehhee.. I was good there tho, I only had one muffin. Claim Jumpers on the other hand… you would gain 20lbs if I even mentioned it

extra workout sessions for me! However this morning I weighed in… super shocker for me!
Many people were saying Olive Garden would be hard to keep from over eating. I honestly think Olive Garden would have been easier, because I would have just ordered their minestrone soup… however, my parents decided they wanted to go to Claim Jumpers… even worse. Lets just say, willpower went out the window and I’ll be doing a lot of extra workout sessions through out the week to pay for it. However, this morning I got on the scale, closed my eyes and told James to come look at it for me. 358! I wanna know where the calories went? I guess maybe because I cut back from 3200 to 2400 calories that this one day didn’t hurt as much as I thought? I’ll still do extra workout sessions to make up for it. I think I must have gotten really lucky! So that means in 2 weeks I lost 5lbs. *super cheesy grin* I just hope that I don’t get stuck with the extra weight somewhere done the line!
I’ve gotta do a “Run by posting” today. I gotta get down to the university library so I finish up a paper and then get home and study for an exam.
But 2 weeks and 5lbs gone! WOOHOO!
