Hi Ladies…
CIN – Congratulations to your friend who is getting married!! James had a physical last year, and his Cholesterol levels were a bit high, so I know if his are high, I could very well be in the same boat. I would love to have a skinnier waist line, well I would love to have just one waist line

Anyways, with trying to lower your LDL’s and your try’s I think is good. I am a big pill-a-phobic person, I don’t even like taking vitamins… if I can try fixing whatever it is without pills, I will try it. I think my biggest mistake was trying to lose weight with taking Metabolife. Then they recalled the pills…. UGG! The things we do to try to better ourselves…
Cathy – so you saw that new video too huh? I was gonna come on and post a message about it and see if anyone has seen it and or had it. Was curious about it. I really like that WATP videos and when I saw that I was like wow, I should grab it for when I’m ready to use it in a few years heheheh… dunno if I could ever job, but its something James and I have talked about. He used to be on his high schools cross country / track team and he would get up early in the morning and would run 6-10 miles and would then follow up in the afternoon with swimming or weight training… *gasp* I asked him, if I could ever get own to a decent weight, if he would like to job together. Now THAT would be an amazing goal to reach! Let me know what you think about the video

I’m thinking about purchasing it hehehehe James says that’s probably a very good video. He said after walking so much, it gets harder to get your heart rate elevated, so combining walking and running a little helps a lot, especially for those who can’t maintain running for long periods of time. But definitely let me know what you think of that video
Chris – I’ve been there done that… matter of fact, tonight my mother took me out to dinner, and I really blew it. Just can’t let it get ya down… just remember, you did it once, you can do it again. It’s hard… I’ve been in a “no motivation” slump myself. It’s sorta been a on off thing… Just look at it as being a consistent weight, you haven’t gained anything back. For me… I lost almost 30lbs and I gained about 12lbs back and since then it’s been up and down. I loose 2 or 3lbs and then I gain back 5, then I loose the 5lbs and gain back 2 or 3. Roller coaster city! You are obviously doing well in your program to maintain your weight… Keep it up, eventually your motivation will pick back up…
Liz -

Hey there…so are you on break from classes? When do you go back? I started this past Tuesday.
Leenie – Boo!
April – Hey there long time no talk… how are things? Good call on the Chinese food place… those really wreck havoc for me… Definitely good call!
Anyone have Monday off?
Hey I got a question, or maybe it’s more of a comment. It seems like every time I try to hunker down and exercise and calorie count when eating, I seem like I get sick. I rarely sick, and I remember back in June, when I lost my first 30lbs, I got sick twice in a row. I lost the 30lbs then got sick, waited about 3 weeks to get well, then I started exercising again and got sick again… then I got back into school and my motivation all went to school work then sorta stopped exercising, and then just recently I started exercising again and I got sick again… what’s up with that? I wonder if I am cutting back my calories way to fast? I even take vitamins (gasp) to make sure whatever I am cutting back in food is not robbing me of any nutrients…
Anyone have any experience with this?
Well I’m off to bed… ni ni everyone…
