I was up late with teenagers last night so I did not get up and exercise this morning

just too tired. Since today is the last day of June, that means that I walked 44 miles for June. My goal was 40 so I'm happy. Of course, I would be HAPPIER if my dang scale would give up a pound or two, but NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. nothing. it is so aggravating really. I also added 2 times a week of some major strength training (well it's major to me). Something has just got to give - right? I go back to the doc on July 7 and I'm hoping to up my thyroid meds one more time to see if that will finally help me lose some weight. My low thyroid symptons are somewhat better, but perhaps 1 more grain a day is what I need. will see what he says.
Soooooooo what's everybody got going on today?
Cin - I pray that all goes well with your test today and that the Lord guides the doctors and givest them the wisdom to know exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done! Please let us know.
Flower - it was so good to see a post from you. I'm so glad that Radar was just what you needed. CONGRATS on taking care of yourself and staying on program since getting home! HUGS
