She customizes an eating program and exercise program for your personal needs. I'll meet with her once a week.. do a weigh in, fat % count, and then she spends the rest of the hour exercising me... weights, cardio, toning, etc. She takes into account a person's fitness level (or in my case, lack of

), equipment or lack of, lifestyle, job, etc. and works out a program that works for that individual person.
The weekly visits/assessments are important because if a food program isn't working, she can be on top of it right away. If an exercise is causing trouble she can remove/replace it and correct anything going wrong.
She's a keeper. She and her hub run their centre... she charges almost 1/2 of what the gyms are charging, and doesn't put you on a "one for all" fitness plan. I really did my homework with what's available in town.
