This may seem odd to some but now that I am losing weight I am actually feeling really bad about myself. I have been following a low carb lifestyle for about 2 months. I have lost about 20 pounds so far. Now don't get me wrong, I am very happy about this loss. But, I am soo angry at myself for letting myself go so bad. I still have about 30 pounds to lose and all I can think about is how I am still so big and fat and I am disgusted that I got so lazy. Does anyone else have these feelings?
