THAT IS SUPER APRIL!!! I am definately gonna try that fitday site. This way I won't have to keep trying to figure out where the heck I put my food journal LOL! Anyways, 1500 calories? Wow, I think I calculated mine to be about 2000 calories, BUT that is with me cutting back big time on a lot of the foods i have been eating. I'm tempted to get burgers and this and that and what not. So I've been cutting back to like salads, and grilled chicken sandwiches (plain with no mayo) I think Friday was my biggest day tho, I had calculated 2250 in calories. But it's okie. I'm trying to figure out how much I am eating right now and can pull back from there, I don't wanna cut off right away. But I think it's great that you ar enoticing something, maybe this is why I lost those 5 lbs? Of course after that mothers day dinner I went to...

I think I really screwed up the diet. LOL I didn't even want to write down what I ate, basically my journal says under dinner... "BLOWN" LOL but I'm not gonna let it discourage me, I can get back on it again.
Keep me up to date on how things are going... I'm really excited for you and even more excited that you are seeing results cause it just means that I may FINALLY be heading in the right direction after who knowes how many failed diets.

Ooh before I forget, I'm taking Women's 1-a-Day Vitamins, I have heard many people say to take a good vitamin so that your body gets what it needs while you are dieting.
Also, I was asked to drink 64oz of water a day... I find that I get fuller more and stay full through out the day as I drink the water. So it keeps the tummy happy, although sometimes it don't help so I pop a life saver or something to that affect in my mouth and I guess that calms the urge to wanna go to the fridge hehehe...
