Sweet Pea: I am so sorry to read about your friend; how awful. :?: :( I wonder what caused that to happen?? It is even sadder that her little children are without their mama... :(

April: We don't have a Costco here but we do have a Sam's club..pretty similar, I think. I went to Sam's today.. It is sooo easy to rack up a big grocery bill there but they have great deals, that is for sure.

I had my first ever chiropracter appointment today. He made a believer out of me. I have had lower back pain so bad that I couldn't sit without this awful shooting pain in my back. IT is GONE. Yup..I am a believer in chiropractic care. It was the best 25 bucks I have spent in a long time.
