I haven't done light therapy. What is it?

Light therapy....here is a site that explains light therapy & SAD....the light box sits on the kitchen table.....it has 10,000 lux......the one I have does....when I went to counselling last winter....they told me the light box should have 10,000 lux.

Kemp....you are talking about using your air conditioner....here it was +4.3C....a little over freezing....when I woke up.....it has warmed up some though.

I worked as an RN....for 27 years....mostly on the childrens ward....but also in the nursery for for about 6 years....haven't worked since Nov. 1991.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to post earlier than this but the hubby wanted to get on to do some work.Which was a great opportunity for me to go back to bed because I am not feeling well.
Wouldn't it figure 76 degrees out and I don't feel well.It's a beautiful day out there today.

I take paxil and wellbutrin; the combination does wonders for me.


I am doing ok on WW this week.I am basically stayin OP.Trying to get all my veggies in.
