Default Getting more depressed

So as the weeks go by I am becoming more and more depressed, still mourning the loss of my brother and a few other traumatic events that are taking place in my life. I just want to feel normal again. Some days I don't even eat, which may be contributing to my weight loss. I definitely want to do this in a healthier way though. It's just so hard struggling with depression and weight issues simultaneously

So sorry for your lost. The events in our life can change how you eat how you interact with people. It will get better with time.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Everyone grieves in a different way; I lost 3 family members in the last 2 years and I went the other way with binge eating to deal with my depression. As you process your grief, which may take time, you'll certainly regain some appetite or sense of control.

If it continues too long you can also see a doctor to see if they can give you any advice- whether it be medicine or therapy.

I am so sorry for the loss of your brother. You are going through hard times I wish we could all feel 'normal' and semi-happy. Hang in there, I will tell you what I tell myself when I have hopeless days, 'maybe tomorrow will be better' and it does come true sometimes.

I am truly sorry for your loss. What a lot of people do not understand is that some pain isn't easy to conceal. My trauma is different from yours but there isn't a doubt that if one tries to hide their emotions behind a happy face is overwhelming. If you ask me, the internal pain is sacred and if isn't taken care of it will show on our appearances. I hope that we all find the root of our trauma and we find the genuine happiness we need to keep going. All love.
