Knee Injury

I have suffered a knee injury and I can’t workout daily. Is there some way I can control my weight?

Wannabehealthy 12-21-2019 07:11 AM

Weight control is mostly about diet control. Eat healthy foods in sensible portions. Are you having the knee injury treated? Do you expect to be able to exercise once the knee is healed? A physical therapist could probably give you exercises to help it heal. In the meantime there are exercises you can do seated on a chair or lying in your bed.

Good luck to you.

Often you need to choose a clinic for treatment. I'm interested the article about top medtech startups and tool bookimed where everyone can choose a clinic. Can we trust are so services?

I damaged my knee yesterday (pretty sure I damaged a ligament), I think it might be a serious injury and I want to hear about how some people dealt with it. I ask here because I'm very worried about what this means about my MA career, which I thought (till yesterday) was going to be a Showbox jiofi.local.html tplinklogin very big part of my life.

I am sorry about your knee injury amelbeabk - have you been to a doctor? if it's ligament, do you need an MRI to diagnose?

I just had an orthopedic consult about my painful knees and it is 'serious' arthritis in one knee and not so serious in the other. It was suggested to me to continue pain control with over the counter Aleve; keep moving with gentle exercises like tai chi and to strengthen the surrounding muscles with targeted strength work. But I don't know if these suggestions would help your situation ...best wishes!

Follow a balanced diet, eat fruit and vegetable salad, stay hydrated, and drink detox water or lemon honey water.

You can replace your one-time meal, preferably dinner, with healthy salads. You can add boiled veggies and chicken if you want to have more variations.

Focus on nutrition, eat whole, unprocessed foods, control portions, and stay hydrated. Even light activity like stretching or chair exercises can help. Healing comes first, but weight can still be managed.

I had a similar issue after an ankle injury. Focusing on diet made a big difference, portion control and higher protein helped a lot. Also, some Pharmacy B2B sites offer low-impact rehab tools and nutritional supplements that can support recovery and weight management. It’s all about small, sustainable changes. Stay strong!
