Tinder and started flirting with other girls. Understandably, it disappointed me. I found this out when I decided to install a spy app on his phone and see where he most often sits and with whom he communicates. Yes, maybe this is wrong on some level, but as you can see I suspected him for a reason. After the breakup I got terribly depressed, which caused me to gain weight. The only thing that calmed me down was meditation. I usually go to YouTube and play background music, for example
and then relax and calm myself in this way. I don't think many people would do that, but it doesn't matter.
