  • oops I also forgot to specifically say hi to Coop How are you?? and is OH doing okay? (still have to remember that means "Other Half" and not "Old Husband" )

and this is a special shout out to Kathleen, I went back through pages of our support group here and YOU founded the Ups and Downs thread back in November of 2013!!
  • Arrrrrgh!!!
Well, I just literally spent probably 45 minutes writing out a super long post updating all of you on my life and writing some personals, and when I went to hit the FINAL "YIKES!" emoticon, POOF!!!....... my entire post disappeared!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOO incredibly frustrated right now and really do not want to rewrite everything. Basically, my good news is that we moved my son back HOME last week!!! So far, so good! A negative incident prompted the move, but that is behind him now and hopefully him living at home (and following our rules) will work out well until he moves to campus for Spring semester at a local University. That is our plan. For now, I am just incredibly thankful that he is home and safe with us and that all is going well for the moment! I am working hard to reign in my eating and get consistent with exercise. I don't expect perfection in both areas. That's unrealistic. I am aiming for progress and consistency.

to our new people and welcome back to snapple and RubyLeprechaun!

Lisa: I hate that you feel so unwelcome where you are staying with Jennifer. That makes me feel so sad for you. I hope that this contractor will be able to help you get your house rebuilt and in working order, so that you and your precious animals can move back home ASAP!

Holly: Thanks for the shoutout! I am thrilled that the group is still in existence! I must say we owe that fact to our wonderful friend, Lisa, who has kept this page going through thick and thin!!! So thank you, Lisa, for that! Holly, working out 21 out of 30 days is AWESOME!!! And it's no wonder you have been feeling extra down if you've been missing your Wellbutrin. I hope things will improve once you receive your new stash of meds!

Coop: So happy to hear that you had a wonderful holiday in Rome and that you are home safely! I hope you will meet your goal of running 30 minutes by Christmas. Are you running outside or on a treadmill?

Waving hello to everyone else! Hope all is well with everyone! I hope to post more often in December. I can't believe it, but I turn the BIG 5-0 this Sunday, December 4th! YIKES!!!
