4/13 - OMG I missed over a week?! well I got a cold and felt miserable for a few days, then had 2 super early days of work..whatever. Back on track today! I did a FitnessBlender.com workout, 40 minutes of HIIT Cardio then 5 minutes abs.

4/16 - http://www.fitnessblender.com/videos...tes-and-thighs and then 10 min. abs = 40 min. total
4/17 - low impact strength/core, abs; 30 min.

4/19 - http://www.fitnessblender.com/videos...d-arms-workout then 10 min. abs
4/20 - http://www.fitnessblender.com/videos...cardio-and-abs 40 min. of that then 40 min. on treadmill = 80 min.
4/21 - ? something.
4/22 - 30 min. bodyweight cardio
4/23 - 40 min. bodyweight cardio
4/24 - Upper body strength, 40 min; 15 min. treadmill; 8 min. abs = 60 min.
4/25 - 10 min abs, 36 min HIIT bodyweight cardio = 46 min.
4/26 - Gilad's Step and Tone, 5lb. weights; leg work, abs; 50 min.
4/27 - https://www.fitnessblender.com/video...stretching...I always low-ball the cal. estimate so I say 800 cals., 120 minutes!!
4/28 - Jillian Michael's Banish Fat/Boost Metabolism, 40 min.
4/29 - Fitness Blender 1000 Calorie Workout; 80 min. of HIIT cardio, weights, and core work. Low-balled 500 calories.
4/30 - 29 Minute Total Body Toner with hand and ankle weights.
