December Exercise Log, to fight depression!
 
Do you have a goal, whether in minutes spent sweating, number of times a week you make it to the gym, certain DVD's that kick your butt? :) We know working out helps us in so many ways, come here to post your exercise and get kudos! :carrot:

I need this! I'm getting back in the saddle after sickness and I want to stay accountable. 150 minutes a week minimum!

1-40 minutes lap swimming and pool leg work
2-30 minute lap swim

1- cardio warmup; bodyweight toning and cardio; chest work; 40 min.
2- cardio and bodyweight toning; 30 min. and I'm 53 years old today :D
3- no workout (did carry 5 double loads of firewood into the store where I work, that counts for something I say :D, and no noticeable heartbeat rise - functional fitness is good!)
4- no workout.
5- Gilad's Step and Tone (step cardio with weights, then legs and abs) 50 min.
6- 30 min. of Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism dvd.
7- 13 min. of cardio, light toning (better than nothing I guess!)

8- no workout
9- strength and cardio, 18 min.

We're getting close to the end of week 1, yay!

Radiojane: I wish I had easy access to a pool. Swimming is so lovely!
