I worked out at the pool for an hour last night. I got carried away talking to another exerciser and jogged 35 minutes. I did a few arm exercises and my stomach crunchies. I plan to go back tonight or first thing in the morning.

whenever you do exercise in pool, supplement it with 30 minutes of swimming !! it will benefit you far better !!
