April Exercise

Shooting for 1050 in April. Goal - 1050 minutes Minutes so far: 778 1 - off 2 - off 3 - off 4 - 60 min cardio 5 - off 6 - 68 min run/walk 7 - off 8 - off 9 - off 10 - 55 min cardio 11 - 48 min spin 12 - 45 min cardio 13 - 46 min run/walk 14 - off 15 - 45 min spin 16 - off 17 - off 18 - 88 min spin/weights 19 - off 20 - 44 min run/walk 21 - 62 min weights/cardio 22 - 55 min strength 23 - off 24 - 41 min weights 25 - 41 min weights 26 - :celebrate: 27 - off 28 - off 29 - 43 min circuit; 30 - 37 min spin |
I worked out at the pool for an hour last night. I got carried away talking to another exerciser and jogged 35 minutes. I did a few arm exercises and my stomach crunchies. I plan to go back tonight or first thing in the morning.
