1 - Slept all day so no exercise for me/ I worked out on the 31st knowing that I wouldn't be able to do so on the 1st
2 - 15 minutes on my elliptical

10 - 20 minutes on the elliptical
11 - Didn't exercise
12 - 20 minutes on the elliptical + 7 minutes of arm exercises
