  • Well for me; my goal is to keep doing what I am doing because it works.
    I go to the gym everyday and I do 2 hours in the gym 5 days a week ( Cardio Workouts and Ab workouts); and 1hr and 30mins (Cardio );2 days a week because my mother does not want to stay in the gym 2 hrs. lol.. When it comes to eating, I am only in-take 1650; however, I do intake less then that.
