I'm not sure that I can do as well as I did last month! Now school is starting (and I'm TAing three classes! oy!), my fiance is coming home (but he should be moving his butt, too) and I have to start writing that thesis. I'll still aim for 30 a day, I just hope I can do it because I felt great last month!

Goal: 30 minutes per day (total = 900)
Mins So Far: 410
1 - fiance came home yesterday, and he's really getting in the way of good workout time... 10 mins zumba, 20 mins walking, 10 mins calisthenics

2 - 30 min outdoor walk, 10 mins calisthenics, 10 mins ball
3 - 45 mins outdoor walk, 5 mins claisthenics
4 - 60 mins outdoor walk
5 - 30 mins outdoor walk, 10 mins calithenics, 10 mins ball
6 - 30 min walk, 10 mins calisthenics, plus lots of campus walking
7 - 30 min walk, 10 mins calisthenics
8 - 30 min walk, 10 mins calisthenics

9 - 30 min walk, 10 mins calisthenics
10 - C25K W1D1 (30 mins), 10 mins calisthenics

Goal: to do some type of structured workout 5 times a week. In the winter I can up this to 5 to 7 times a week, but I don't want to discourage myself yet.

Goal: 900 minutes
Mins So Far: 547

1. Since I'm just starting on my program again, I'm keeping my goals straight forward this month. 30 minutes of exercise a day. Yesterday, I took the kitchen timer with me and walked away from the house for 15 minutes and back to the house 15 minutes.

2. Rainy day so did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. Otherwise, didn't do much with the day.

3. Got off my butt this morning and used my day off from work to get out and get some exercise. 60 minute walk up hill on the road across from my house and home again. Used the Prevention Walk Off Weight 30-minute basic walk (mp3) going up hill and listened to Lady Gaga on my iPod to keep my energy up on the walk home.

4. Yippee-Zippy! Today was a success. I SO wanted a Milky Way candy bar. I held one in my hands twice but put it down and left it. I stuck to my program. Exercised 30 minutes on the bike tonight.

5. 30 minutes on the exercise bike.

6. 30 minute walk after work.

7. 30 minutes on the exercise bike.

8. 60 minutes. 10 minutes walking the dog (because she didn't want to come along for the whole workout); 10 minute warm up; 30 minute Prevention Basic Interval Walk; 10 minute cool down walk to get home.

9. 10 minute walk with the dog. 30 minutes on recumbent bike, doing sprint intervals.

10. 30 minute walk.

11. 15 minute walk on break at work. 40 minutes on recumbent bike rocking out to Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.

12. 3 10 minute walks throughout the day.

13. 12 minutes on the elliptical trainer. 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.

14. 13 minutes on elliptical trainer. 30 minutes on the recumbent bike.

15.

16. 9 minute dog walk. 59 minute walk/jog.

3. to log 60 miles of: walking, jogging, elliptical, cross trainer, cycling, etc)

I like this idea of keeping track of minutes... I was just going to shoot for mileage goals this month, but why not do both right?

My main thing is going to be running... but today I did my long "run" in the pool.... I strapped on an aqua jogger belt, jumped in, and went to town...! I did 2 hours keeping my heart rate at the very low end of my aerobic training zone which was perfect for me...

So I guess that puts me at a 120 minutes so far for September...

I think this is just so cool, I'm really looking forward to checking in here and seeing everyone just busting out their workouts!!! very cool indeed...
