The only thing that helps me is to stay busy. I'm not working right now, so it's kinda difficult, but I manage. My house is definitely a lot cleaner and organized now because I had to keep my mind off food. After I find some sort of project to keep me busy during the day, I play video games. I just get a big glass of sweet tea (sweetened with splenda) and sometimes I'll make a bag of popcorn since it's pretty low in calories. That will last me all night and I've had some pretty long gaming sessions. I know it's not ideal, but it's something that has definitely helped me keep my mind off of food.

Hi, if you want to change your life, first thing you must change yourself. As I know eating food is not a bad habit. You can eat as well as losing weight. Be wise in choosing food is the first tip. A healthy eating plan can help you in losing weight. Foods may be restricted or eliminated from your routine with an eating plan, but if so, it’s because they are of inferior nutritional value. The focus is always on eating well so that you can be well.

First of all, it is not helpless. When I get really depressed, I feel helpless too, but I promise you and your situation is not helpless! You are more than your weight no matter what! Could you call up a counselor during your lunch break? She or he could also advice you on taking antidepressants which helped me a great deal. You can do it!:carrot: |
