Regardless of what people say I have been using sensa for 3 weeks now, I was 200 pounds and im 22, I have already lost over 10 pounds. Before I was working out 6 days a week for an hour to an hour and a half. 30 min cardio and 30 min weight lifting with zumba classes, I ate right and drank only water. I didn't lose and had been doing this for 7 months. I still haven't changed my eating habits so its because of my portion or what I have been eating. I have just been feeling fuller, so what if its psychological which I highly doubt, its working.
