Wink depression, weight gain and trying slim4life
Hi I just signed up for slim4life today. I have constantly gained weight over the last 10yrs because of my meds. I now weigh more than my hubby and cant stand it.

how are you doing on losing weight and how?

I have loss 80lbs in 22 weeks doing the Ideal Protein program.
