Hi, I came on this morning, which is the first time in about a year. My periods are irregular anyway because of me being on the injection, but I was just wondering could my weight loss have caused me to come on?

I have heard that this sometimes happens.

When I first started dieting my hormones went haywire and my periods were all over the place, they were irregular, they were cut short, extra long, etc but in my experience weightloss alone didn't cause my periods just messed them up a bit. When I was on the mini pill last year I was getting 2 periods a month the whole time I was on it, so it could be that the extra hormones mixed with weightloss has sent your body out of wack.
