Kindred Spirits...I've been looking for some ladies that are in the same place as me. I was diagnose with postpartum/natal depression about 4 months ago and was so relieved to know that the living **** I had been in had a name and help. I have been on anti-depressants for 4 months and am finally feeling human again.

This thing has screwed my eating up totally and I find I can get to the of a day and realise I hadn't eaten since breakfast... not good no wonder I had to stop breastfeeding!

I am a married at home mum with 3 under 6 (6, 21/2,and 1 next week)
