Your Eating Plan

  • Please share what plan you are on or what you are doing to try to lose fluff

    I'll start !

Low or no carb during the day and then at night, dinner w/carbs, but keeping it low, like maybe a cup or 1/2 of noodles, etc. After dinner is the killer.....
  • I am doing ww at home.
  • I'm trying to cut back on portion control, cut out mostly fat and cholestrol and sugar.

I know exercise is going to be a big part of loosing, plus it really seems to stimulate the brain and make us feel better.

I need recipe ideas that are quick (or fairly quick) inexpensive and very, very low in fat.

  • I am cutting back on carbs, sugar and fat. Also watching my portions. I will in the very near future go back on the WW plan as I did so well on it. Drinking more tea instead of my Pepsi. I think that has been the hardest.
  • I'm having low carb amounts at breakfast and lunch, and avoiding pasta, potatoes, breads, starchy veggies at supper. I'm not eating/snacking after supper... just herbal tea or a sugar-free pop if anything.

I also joined Curves and go for my "first" workout on monday. (They want a staff member with you your first workout... after that I'll go when it's convenient.. I'm aiming for 4-5 times a week.)

This past year, I worked at (and have been about 95% successful) getting away from white breads, white flour, and white sugar. I'll continue at that.

I am doing WW on my own at home......sometimes I have a hard time with it.....but I keep trying.

    April
  • I mainly watch my portions and try to choose healthy things over junk food. It seems to be working. I think that it's important to have a good balance too, so I don't cut out any one food group, I just try to eat less of it!

Oh--and plenty of exercise and water! Can't forget those.
