Good Morning and Happy Hump Day

Its soooooooo cold outside, hurry hurry spring. I don't mind winter but we've had a bit to much already this year (snow that is). More today and then this weekend ick.

How's everyone's eating plans ? Last night I slipped a little (YES ALREADY) but I didn't do to much damage. Today I'm determined to be better I'm kinda low carbing during the day and having normal portions of carbs at night, such as a cup of noodles, etc...
Whats everyone doing as far as an eating plan. UT OH NEW THREAD LOLOLOL.....

TTYL, I haven't read yesterday's posts but I'll try today, the boss is here and driving me out of my mind. DON'T EVER WORK FOR A WOMAN, they are pathetic.........

Love, Leens

Mornings Leens and all to come!

I got up early again this morning but only had time for a 20 minute walk aerobics tape, but I figure something is better then nothing for me - hopefully it at least gets my metabolism going for the day.

My son had a better baseball practice yesterday. He drank gatorade all during the day to make sure he wasn't dehydrated and was much better when he got home and I'm glad. I was really worried about him.

Eating plan.....mine is actually only a little complex carbs at either breakfast or lunch but not eating any carbs at all at night - I try to stick with a big salad, or some grilled chicken or fish with veggies. I just find I do better if I don't have carbs at night. I also make sure I eat supper no later then 6:30. I'm trying to drink my 8 glasses of water everyday. Trying to keep things low cal and trying to eat lots of veggies and some fruit.

I could yack all day but I've got paperwork I have to do.

Later gaters

hugs, Cathy

Good for you Cathy. I was able to get up this morning too. I did pilates before I came to work. I am such a wimp though b/c I didn't want to leave the house to go to the gym b/c it was cold outside (33F). I know some of you guys are way colder but like I said before that is why I live down here it is warmer here. If I lived somewhere colder I would stop functioning all together.

My eating plan is to try to do 40-30-30. (carb, fat, protein) I think I have been doing pretty good with it. I got on the scale this morning and it was down 3.5 lbs. I know it was probably water but hey as long as it is coming off I don't care what it is. I have some goals for myself that I want to keep and that is a start.

Liz I hope you have a great sleep.

Hi to everyone to come.

You all are really inspiring me to take out my tapes and do them. Linny has been drilling it in my head for so long, I think she may have hit a nerve (or two )

Cathy I have those walking tapes also, I REALLY need to start doing them, its such a crime to have them and let them collect dust while I am getting fatter & fatter.

Kem, so what if you didn't run out in the cold, the main thing is you did your exercise and pilates aren't easy, I have those tapes too

Lizzy, sweet dreams.

Kemp - congrats on the weight loss - that is awesome!
Keep up on the good work.

I don't like going anywhere to work out - it takes 30 minutes to get there, time to work out, and then 30 minutes back - plus whatever it costs. I could do 3 workouts in that amount of time, and I don't have that amount of time. Working out at home really works best for me, but everybody has to do what is best for them. I know some people workout better when they are meeting someone or have a set class to be at.

Leens - I also have a new Leslie Sansone walking video that I got from www.christianbook.com It is called Walk THE Walk and it has a 1 miles and a 2 mile walk all set to upbeat Christian music and I really like it. I have several of her tapes because I like variety :-)

Liz I hope you are sleeping!!!!

hugs gang,
Cathy
