there are days when I eat only fruits and exercise and manage to loose a few kilos like 2 kilograms in 3-4 days but then If I am bored I keep thinking at food and eat alot in a day and I just give up
What should I do ?? I know its a stupid question but I really can't loose more than 3 kilos I have 1 57 cm and 56 kilos and I need to loose 10 kilograms if you can give me any adivice please go ahead
