fingers crossed this works for you I found it a great help for a while xx
  • I am happy to see this thread. I have been on citalpram (sp?) for about a year and half. Started out at 20 mg, now at 40 mg. I don't know if the meds made me gain, or if I just got anxiety free and ate! But I do feel emotionally even and good. I want to try to go off it and see what happens, it don't like being on pills as a general rule, but considering how bad my anxiety was before the meds I doubt that will happen.
  • I’m also taking Citalopram, 40 mg a day. I think is good, yes I was quite down when started but I have noticed lately that I’m feeling down again, I been missing some pills tho. Cheeky me. And no, it does not affect the appetite, at all. I also discussed the weight gain with depression pills with my doc, and he assured Citalopran does not. Good luck to all!
