As soon as I get to my goal I stay for awhile and then I start eating all wrong again. Carbs are my downfall. Keeping it off is my problem. When I'm down to my goal I have such a high self image. When I'm heavy I have very low self esteem. Every time I gain my weight back I have to go back on depression meds. blood pressure meds, diabetes meds and cholesterol meds. I just have to treat sweets and flour products as the start of weight gain again and the vicious cycle will begin again and the severe depression will begin again. I'm on the WW diet plan and the weight is coming off much slower this time. I don't know if it is lack of exercise or the wellbutrin. Something is different. I've been on plan since May 11, 2008 and I've only lost 9 1/2 lbs.
