No super hard job or boyfriend around constantly to get in the way. For the first time ever I want to lose weight for my health as well as the way I look. I seem to be getting ill alot. Plus I stepped on the scale recently and saw 196! I never want to see it that high again. ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? My lowest weight was 131lbs. I felt amazing at that weight and I only gained because I moved, got a new partner and gave up work, so I became lazy. When I got down to 131 lbs people were telling me I needed to stop losing weight but I kept looking at the bmi. I've recently realised it's pointless for me to even consider bmi, as I have huge boobs that obviously weigh alot, so my bmi will always be higher. |
