Good Morning,

Its a beautiful blue sunny cool day here in N. NJ. I love the fall, I love the feeling of snuggling up with a fleece blanket or sweats.

Nothing much is new, the boss will be back tomorrow but its okay cause she's leaving on Friday for an entire week

I did really good eating yesterday, even when I woke up at 2:00 am and was hungry, I fought off the craving for that apple pie thats on my counter

This morning I had a breakfast hot pocket
For lunch I have a turkey wrap, and then dinner will be probably an uncle bens dinner or ww ? with some extra veggies. Ohh I also have skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (carmel mmmmm). We'll see ?

I had a very nice but too short chat with Liz last night. It certainly was nice to see someone in the chatroom. Am surprised that more people haven't posted in the survey regarding the chatroom.
Am going to continue putting away summer clothing and airing out the winter ones. I'm going to make acorn squash stuffed with italian sausage with mozzerella cheese on top for supper tonight. I saw the recipe in a country forum.

Just popping in to say Hi to two old friends - well, not as old as I am.

I was in chat for a bit last night but nobody was home. I did see Liz earlier in the day but I guess she was aftk. It's really too bad Chat has faded away. Maybe the new one will revive us.

Tip, quit teasing with that yummy cooking - we are having FISH!

Chat last nite was BUSY!! We had 9 people in there.. it was great. A mix of newbies and oldie moldies. Ruthie, ya gotta start taking naps.. the chat got rolling about 8pm my time or 11pm your time.

I wish I knew what it was like to be getting ready for winter. We are still walking around in shorts down here. Can I get in on this forum? Is it just about depression issues or what? It would be nice to make a few more friends here. This site is really helping me. It makes me stop and think b4 I put something in my mouth. When I do I have to tell you guys what I ate. Yikes, reality hurts. Of course my pants do after a while too.

At a workshop all day...late getting home....making tandoori chicken a oh boy does it smell good!

Kempyd, everyone is welcome here. We're a silly, but sometimes serious, group of people who are or have dealt with depression. We laugh, we cry and we share. You don't have to post anything that you feel uncomfortable with.

I went into the chat a few times yesterday and sat for 5-8 minutes. I can't really chat at night as that is my time with R. We go to bed by 9:30 since we have to get up early in the morning. I will continue to sit in the chat whenever I think of it. Trouble is, I have a lot of senior moments and forget WHO I am.
