Where is is everyone today.

It's a real nice day here....but it is fall....it was 5.7C when I woke up.....but it is warming up.

I made the crustless pumkin pie two days ago. I used 1/3 cup sugar & 1/3 cup Splenda. It seemed to have an aftertaste....i wonder if it was the Splenda. I noticed the aftertaste when I baked other recipes. Does anyone have any ideas what to substitute for the Splenda?

I will be doing some cleaning & laundry today. Have been doing okay with WW & being OP.

Elizabeth....you said you were going to work a 12 hour shift. Are you an R.N.? I used to be an R.N. & worked on the Children's ward & the Nursery for years. Dh took early retirement 5 years ago...so I'm not working anymore. Have a good night at work. lol
