Buddly I've never canned anything lol, but would love to try it one day..is it easy? I have not had a garden in a few years, when my DD came along that kinda put an end to alot of things.. just no time. But now that she's getting bigger I'm hoping next year to have at least tomatoes.

Welcome Salsa! I was raised by parents who were COMPLETELY opposed to therapy. Whatever the problem, one should be strong enough to work it out themselves. So needless to say after 20 some years of taking that road I was VERY anxious when my doctor informed me I needed to see a therapist. It's really been great, you have nothing to fear. It's like having a friends who is bound to tell you the truth and not just what you want to hear.

My self-hatred for overeating today was shocking even to me. Maybe I was just more aware of it than usual. I usually get mad at myself but today I was just bothered by my self-loathing. It's not healthly.
