Its been a while. I'm back to work and don't have much time to play, but the boss will be out tomorrow afternoon YAHOOO.

How was everyone's holiday/weekend ? Mine was good, I did some major cleaning and that always makes me feel really good.
Ate like a pig as usual but trying to control myself today lol.

Hope all is well....I'm cravin a cup of coffee mmmmmmm.

Hi Leens and those to come,

I am home today. Yes Meg, I decided to call in this morning. I had a fever last night and had a hard time sleeping, so I was exhausted this morning. I feel scads better and am taking my Tylenol every 4 hours as instructed .

Leens, glad you had a nice holiday. I went to dinner at a friend's house, shopping for new smaller clothes, did a few chores, made some new recipes and generally enjoyed my time off. Leens, maybe this cleaning thing has something to do with your medication.. or maybe it shows you NEED some Cleaning.. yukyuk.

I didn't go nutso on food at friend's house, so I am glad for that. Was right back to normal at next meal anyway.

Hmmmmm new "smaller" clothes, sounds wonderful! I take it things are going really well. You are working very hard and it is paying off!!!

I for one have been good, eating right and exercising daily...still waiting for the results!!

Well can't spend anymore time on computer have to go and continue painting walls...this project is taking me forever.

Hello all! Well I know that I have been missing in action...action being the key word....been working like a fool...but it hasn't been all bad...kids are missing me though.

Been pretty much OP, but lots of grabbing quick stuff...haven't cooked a hot meal in days.....hubby has been pitching in! Looking forward to housecleaning over the next couple days, and doing some yard work too! You are motivating me Leens!

Hey wonderful allies! It's me, Gemini-max, and I think I'm clueless because I don't know how to respond to individual replies I've received since first posting this. First, to Linda, thank you so much for your in-depth insights and encouragement. Half the battle for me is realizing I am not alone. I felt very comforted reading your post, and also realized we have another very important thing in common: cats. Right now I only have one, but she sort of runs the house. Correction: she DOES run the house. Can you relate to the fact that when I try and use the computer, she comes in from the other room and lays down on the keyboard. Or if I want to read the newspaper, she curls up right in the middle of the page and looks at me. Spoiled? Nah....Anyway, I am about to get started with some yard work. I had my usual healthy, low-fat breakfast and want this to be an IN-CONTROL weekend.

Leens, how wonderful that you are shopping for smaller clothes. Reading that really made me want to do better. Every day I watch my taped soap opera when I come home from work, and yesterday in addition to watching the actresses in all their sleeveless dresses (and realizing several of them have had one or more real-life pregnancies and are slim again), I started crying over the plot. Ridiculous! I've been overly sensitive about everything lately.

You don't seem "clueless"!! Seems to me you did a very good job. Only one thing, I think it is Linda buying the new clothes not Leens (sorry Leens) LOL I couldn't resist that!!!! LOL
