Default Mornin'

Hi Leenie and those to come,

Happy Friday is right.. yeeehawwwww.

I was looking forward to a nice weekend of vegging out and a few chores, but I changed all that last nite. A friend of mine, who I have know since I was 13 and haven't seen in many years is passing through here on Saturday. Invited her to come for dinner and then stay overnite so we can go to church in the morning. It should be fun, except now I have to clean my house in a day!! Yikes.. someone hand me the shovel. The dishes and things are clean, but my floors are atrocious, have to vacuum, mop, put away clutter, clean bathrooms and shop for and plan meals!! Sometimes I do stuff that makes more work for myself, but I can't help it I am either making a pasta chicken spinach dish for dinner, or else some low fat chinese food. But I am clueless about what to make for breakfast? I tend to like hot breakfasts that aren't cereal.. thing with meats cheese and veggies in em. Lunch? umm.. not sure either. I was thinking gardenburgers, but not sure what to serve with them..

Leens, have a marvelous time with Ruthie and her gang. Please try and not come back *too* corrupted. We all know what a bad influence Ruthieboobs can be. Please give Ruthie a big hug from me and I will be thinking of you, with envy on Sunday!!

Hope everyone else is well.. Meg, Lizzy, Lurkers.. post already , will ya?

Good Afternoon Leens and Liz
I hope everyone is having a great day, mine is wonderful. I was a good girl at lunch, I had a healthy sandwich and went for a brisk walk at the mall (ok i did a little shopping for my self as well ) in the a/c.

Leens have a great visit.

Liz sounds like you'll have a nice weekend even if tonight will be busy.

I hope everyone has a nice weekend

Default LIZZY!!

Liz,

That is terrific.. 4 pounds gone!! Don't ever diminish your accomplishment. Four pounds is 4 pounds... I am sure a lot of ladies on this site wish they could say they have lost that.

You are on the right track... :applaudes Lizzy::

Oh yes, cleaning like a fool.. that is exactly what I am going to be doing tonight and tomorrow.

Hi MrsM... Lizzy is right, she doesn't cook. I honestly don't think she can boil water

Lizzy,
4 pounds may not seem like much but pick up something that weighs that and walk around with it for a few minutes. I promise you'll think of that 4 pounds a lot differently.
