Default Finally feeling good!

For the past 3 days, I feel good For me, that means being able to get up when the alarm goes off and it's still dark, and think, 'okay, I have things to do' instead of 'meh, whatever'. I go to work and don't hate it, I just do it and try to be good natured. I have tackled some cleaning jobs at home that were put off for forever. I noticed how wonderful the cold ( 5 degrees ) air smelled today.

I have been taking the Wellbutrin for almost a year, and consistantly exercising, and started a Light Therapy Box use since December; but I think the key for me is also the foods I eat.

I've been having whole foods or minimally processed (the lowfat dairy stuff) for the past 5 days, and maybe that's the last ingredient in my mix of 'what makes me feel good'. I had been having LOTS of sweet and cakey stuff for the past month (yeah, holiday goodies) and I had my usual dark feelings up through Christmas. Bleh.

Just had to share my "feeling good!" feelings with you all

That's quite a beautiful description of what feeling better really is.
