A couple weeks ago I downloaded the 60 minute trial from Mind Habits. (http://www.mindhabits.com/) I finally tried it yesterday and I think it did elevate my mood.
I was wondering if anyone else had tried it or would be willing to try it so I can compare results?
I tried the online demo--it's really cool! I haven't downloaded the trial one yet. It seems to be based on sound principles, and even the demo improved my mood.
