Well, I just had a slice of cold pizza and a cup of coffee for breakfast! I love it in the morning! not exactly low calorie but nevertheless better than a doughnut. See ya later!

Yes yes I am vacating, but I will come by and post like always ( you cannot get rid of me that easily)

Had a nice weekend.. bbq on Saturday, and yes I ate too much. Was right back on the wagon on Sunday, with eating and my advanced aerobics step tape. I tried to exercise this morning, but it is already more than 70 outside.. going to be a scorcher of 105 or so today. I had nightmares all night last night, so am pretty tired this morningl. Now I am waiting for the sink repairman to come by.

I may do a little shopping later.. post office for those blasted 3 cents stamps, macys and the to the fruit stand for some fresh veggies. The idea of going out in this heat is NOT an attractive idea, so these tasks may wait until tomorrow when it is suppose to be much cooler. I wilt in the heat.. remind me never to move to the southwest.

Hope everyone else has a nice monday.. but I bet it isn't as nice as mine

You really need to stop sniffing those paint fumes.. a mind is a terrible thing to waste.

I got my aerobics in.. YAY. I feel virtuous now. Sink repair guy came by.. I need a new sink as the weld in mine has failed. He cannot come by this week, so I will have to wait until August and the next company shutdown to get it installed.

Sigh.
