  • OK, my plans for yesterday went down the tube b/c I fell asleep and woke up to DF coming home several hours early. So, here I go again, I plan on starting with the kitchen and living room, exercising, then heading upstairs.

  • Hi everyone;

    i'm back~ not that I have such devstating issues as i did in 2005....but my weight has sneaked up 15 lbs. and being a caregiver to my aging mother is wearing me down....there is simply no time for me...my motivation is at an all-time low and I should be at the gym every AM before work, not avoiding it.
    the stress of trying to do everything seems to make me do nothing!
