
Today I did 25 minutes on the running simulator, 250 calories burned, 25 minutes on program on the elliptical at a great clip I'd say another 250 cal, then another 25 on the xbody trainer ending up climbing hills, then 10 minutes cool down on the dreadmill. Not to say that I will have a bad day, but I definitely have better days when I have had a really good workout.
Still though the weight loss seems to be lost on me. I eat a healthy diet 80% of the time and go to the gym 5-6 days a week. I started a extract of green tea capsule (actually 2 per morning) before I have my fruit and spinach smoothie with ground flaxmeal lol.....I eat whole grains 90% of the time. But I'm strong, and I have endurance and a better mood when I work out. So, again, I am grateful.
