Default The scale if finally moving after going off of Seroquel

I'm so freaking glad. I had lost 10 pounds, went on the Seroquel and gained 15!!! I'm finally back to 141, need to change my "current weight" on my avatar, but that's no biggie, just so excited its moving again!!!

Good for you to keep at it even with a setback. Those darn meds really do it to you, don't they. Keep up the great attitude.

Congrats on getting off of Seroquel. I was already depressed before Seroquel. Seroquel Isolated me. It added on to my issues. Anyway I just wanted to note that. I know I seem real... you know about Seroquel...

I've been there...Topamax, Wellbutrin, Zoloft....I watched my weight go up, up, up. I was lucky enough to be able to come off of them and implementing nutritional and lifestyle changes (some days are still difficult though) but watching the scale numbers go down makes me happy again... take care.
