I'm not currently on Wellbutrin, but when I was, I got the nightmares, and headaches, but I also got a ringing in my ears that I still have problems with today. The nightmares and headaches went away after a while but not the ringing. One side effect that I did have that was great is that it actually made me want to have sex. That's all I wanted to do. It was great for my husband. The Wellbutrin made me quit smoking. That was great! The ringing was the only real problem that didn't go away for me.
