Okay, here's my minutes so far... I'm posting it as a new message, because i met my goal! YAY!:woo:
October 1 & 2, was sick as a dog, so no walking that amounts to anything. October 3 - 20 minutes (880 to go!) October 4 - 40 minutes (840) October 5 - 45 minutes (795) October 6 - didn't get much of a chance :( October 7 - 200 minutes (595 left! i LOVE the weekends! :carrot:) October 8 - 70 minutes (525) October 9 - 35 minutes (490 to go! yippee!) October 10 - 30 minutes (460) October 11 - 30 minutes (430) October 12 - 45 minutes (385) October 13 - 30 minutes (355) October 14 - 50 minutes (305) October 15 - 60 minutes (245) October 16 - none today... i did a DDR workout, instead October 17 - 70 minutes (175) October 18 - 30 minutes (145) October 19 - 30 minutes (115) October 20 - 35 minutes (80) October 21 - 270 minutes (190 minutes past my goal! WOOHOO!) October 22 - 210 minutes October 23 - 20 minutes October 24 - nada... October 25 - 45 minutes October 26 - nada, again October 27 - 30 minutes October 28 - 120 minutes October 29 - 180 minutes October 30 - sick :( no walking October 31 - only managed to squeeze in about 10 minutes. bugger. |
That is great watch it break!!! Everyone else is doing great too! Well I am on track. 6.6 more days of walking for the month and ill have this 90 miles done!!

this month? i'm not sure exactly... prolly most of the 7 pounds that i've lost, total, since i didn't really start working on my weight until September 21. :)
since i started making a point of getting at least 30 minutes of exercise every day, my weight has fluctuated a lot. i assume (and HOPE! :p) that it's because i'm building up some muscle. yay for muscle! :D |

Congrats Watch it break!!! I Finished my 900 minutes today:balloons: :cheer: :tread: !! I am now up to 905. I am going to try to get in 400 more minutes by Halloween! That will bring my total for the month to 1300. Last month I challenged myself to 1200 minutes and made it with time to spare.

Day 23: Ok, i will admit it, i was a completely lazy bum. Day 24: Back to the gym. Bike 7 minutes, Elliptical set at 5 for 30 minutes. Month total: 683 made it to original goal on Oct. 22. :cb: New Goal: 900 Minutes to new goal: 217 :cheer: Hope we all have a good strong week towards our goals. |
Congrats to you to getnhealthy!! This is such a great challenge! We cant all gurantee getting off 10 pounds in a month but I know I can hit an exercise/walking challenge! I have already challenged myself to a new exercise goal. Since we have 30 days left until thanksgiving, I plan to do 1400 minutes of intentional exercise by then. I will continue to add in my minutes here though so I can see how many minutes I can reach until the end of October!!

Hooray Dollie! Well this week I have only lost a .25 pound! :( I still have a few days left in the week though so i am not too worried! But i am kicking my butt into high gear! It will be 110-120 minutes of walking today, tomorrow and the next!!

Exactly! Well I am over my goal and am prsently at 2030! I need to do some walking today and I will be at 2090 or 2120!!! That is 104.5 ~ 106 miles!!!
