I was looking at the calander today and discovered that there is exactly 20 more weeks till Christmas! I thought to my self, AWESOME! What a great time to start a Christmas Challenge! :elf:

Since this will be a long term challenge I'm positive all involved will become close friends and a tight knit supportive group.

Unfortunatly I won't fit into any of those catagories:
~If I lost 40 pounds I'd weigh 93 pounds!:eek:
~ 3 pant sizes would be a -0!:cb:
~ 20 pounds would be 113pounds and on the verge of anorexia!:eek:

:clause: I would love to join this one I am looking for somthin to keep me motivated. I have lost 18lbs now and my clothes all feel different, but I havnt started working out yet, just had an operation end of June so can't fully exercise yet but a couple more weeks and lets go, just kinda watchin what I'm eating. So this will be very exciting. Maybe :crossed:I can get to my mini goal of 199 by then ( it could happen):cheer:

I had just put up a ticker at the beginning of this month for the 40 lbs till X-mas. This will be a fun way to encourage myself.

oy does this mean i gotta start buyin xmas presents too?? count me in!

p.s. - are there such things as 6 ft elves? .. and i forgot to include in my pm my goal ... since i have 37 lbs to meet my goal ... am gonna go for that .. and maybe 3 more lbs .. 40 by xmas!

Hey guys, I want to jingle the pounds away! Yay...Count me in for 40lbs!

Yay .. this is my first weight challenge (have finally set myself a little exercise challenge) so Im really up to it .. Im going to change my mini goal ticker to make it the Xmas goal one instead :)

Just seeing that there are 20 weels till Christmas inspired me. I had set personal goal to lose 15 pounds by the end of the year. I have already lost 2 so I have 13 to go so I can probably do 20. Thanks for setting my fire.

I have just joined and I am so excited! We are going to do so good as a group :)

I've been in and out of 3FC for awhile now and lost and gained some weight, but now that things are settling down for me, I'm ready to jump back on again.

I am so up for this one! I have been waiting for a Christmas challenge. I signed up for 20lbs by the Night Before Christmas - I wanted to be at 160 (20 pounds) by the end of the year, so this first right in. The weight has been coming off slower now, but I think I might be able to make this one. It's only 1 pound a week and I seem to be losing about that. All going well I will lose 30 by then, but no way I can make 40! haha

20 lbs by the night before christmas!!! I know I can do it! I did my 1 mile of running last evening... I have to get in shape this time. my goal of 120 is because of my height which is only 5 feet! I am a 14 P size right now (big lower body) but I wnat to buy size 8 P clothes for christmas...
