I am a single mother of three boys. Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! they are 14, 12 and 6.
I have a full time job were I gained most of my weight, :censored:food all the time, every day. I know I can do it.
I am an emotional eater and have been quite happy lately and as you can see I have lost some weight since I became happy:dancer:I am a member of Curves but em off right now for medical reasons but start back up in September and I am sticking to my 3 days a week at Curves, I am not going to let myself come home form work until I have gone to Curves Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
It is about time I put myself first :queen: I know most of you dont put yourself first either em I right?????:dunno:

GIrls here is the deal Christmas is going to come no matter what, but its our choice to either be thin and healthy or THE SAME....I choose to be thin and happy come CHRISTMAS!!!!! YEEEEEHAAWWWWW!

i am in for the jingle the pounds away challenge. 40lbs (18kg) is in line with my own goals over the next 4 months so it works perfectly.

well followin the email idea since you let us all kno about you pumpkin maybe we should let you know a lil about the elves! *does that make you santa or lead elf in the chaos?* anyways .. i am 33 .. mother of 3 boys ...23 yr old step son .. nearly 17 and 2 weeks away from 15 *eep my baby is 15!* I work in a local independently owned pharmacy and have had my tech license for 4 years now .. i love my job ... i am a military brat and never really had weight problem til like alot of people ..when i had my kids ... altho i weigh more now than i ever did when i was pregnant with them .. just being at home i let it creep on and one day woke up and went ACK! - grant it that one day was way beyond calling it just baby fat from havin kids ..but still .. I was in a car accident on january first , no serious injuries .. altho that powder in the airbags can burn the lining of your mouth and the tastebuds off your tongue ... since shortly after that i have been slowly losing weight and i prefer it that way .. altho i have stalled out during summer ..so with the kids startin school monday ..its time i got back into it as well .. I love 3FC since i ran across it a couple months ago .. i read it every morning to keep me on track ..and every nite to keep me out of the kitchen .. laughs ... I have to say this is the most informational site and supportive site i have ever seen .. i plan on being here for a LONG LONG time ... such inspiring people .. anyways ...have a great day everyone ..and take it a day at a time!!
